For Monday Delivery your order must be placed before noon on Friday, all orders received after that time will arrive on Tuesday.

 

Standard Shipping 2-3 Working Days  £5.50  (UK mainland postcode addresses only)

For the Highlands and Islands of Scotland please allow up to 7 working days for some remote areas. For Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight please allow 1 extra working day on top of usual delivery time.

Please be aware this method of delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.

 

Click & Collect

We offer Click and Collect at our Heswall stores. Please visit us in-store and speak to an available member of staff who will help you with your collection.

We will email you to confirm when your order will be ready for collection. Please ensure you have received the “Ready for Collection” email before making a trip to our store.

 

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances and security checks by the carriers.

Please note that we cannot deliver during bank holidays.  Any order placed during these periods will be despatched on our return.

Please check your Junk/Spam folders as on some occasions our notification emails may find their way in there.
